Teachers, schools, and district staff are authorized to utilize SolveCalc within educational curricula. For formal district-level compliance agreements, please review our National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) Exhibit A.
Ad-Supported Free Model & Monetization
SolveCalc is provided free of charge to users. To fund the continuous development, infrastructure, hosting, and ongoing engineering improvements of the platform without charging paywall fees, subscriptions, or student user fees, the Service is supported through online digital advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense and its approved advertising partners.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that SolveCalc has the right to display banner, responsive, text, video, and display advertisements on our web pages alongside calculators and guides.
block Ad Interference & Automated Abuse Prohibited
Users agree not to deploy automated scripts, spiders, scrapers, click-farms, or fraudulent software designed to artificially generate impressions, clicks, or disrupt advertisement rendering on SolveCalc.
Acceptable Use Policy & Security Restrictions
You agree to use SolveCalc solely for lawful educational, mathematical, academic, and analytical purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

Attempting to overload, probe, scan, or conduct denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure or edge delivery network.

Using automated scraping software to bulk-download mathematical guides, proofs, or interactive assets for unauthorized commercial re-publication.
iframe 3. Framing & White-Labeling
Framing SolveCalc within third-party commercial portals without prior written permission or removing SolveCalc branding.
Third-Party Services, Analytics & Advertisers Disclaimer
SolveCalc integrates services provided by independent third parties, including:
- Google AdSense: Delivers programmatic contextual and personalized advertising. SolveCalc does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for the products, services, claims, or representations made by third-party advertisers featured in ad slots.
- Google Analytics (GA4): Aggregates technical usage metrics, operating systems, and page performance to diagnose operational bottlenecks.
- Microsoft Clarity: Captures behavioral telemetry, scroll maps, and session interactions under the Microsoft Privacy Statement to improve portal navigation.
- Outbound External Links: Our curriculum guides and tools may link to external reference sites (such as Wikipedia, OpenStax, or scientific standards). We do not control or accept responsibility for third-party website contents or privacy policies.
Interactions with Advertisers:
Your correspondence, business dealings with, or purchases from any advertisers found on or through SolveCalc are solely between you and the respective advertiser. SolveCalc Systems, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings.
Intellectual Property & User Formulas

You retain all ownership and copyright rights over mathematical formulas, algebraic equations, datasets, research models, and scientific sequences you input into SolveCalc. We do not claim any proprietary holdover or commercial interest in your calculations.
verified SolveCalc Platform Assets
The SolveCalc name, logo, neo-brutalist styling, visual design systems, compilation scripts, client-side calculator code, and interactive visual step engine are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the United States and international treaties.
Disclaimers of Warranties & Accuracy Limits
SOLVECALC AND ALL ASSOCIATED CALCULATORS, GUIDES, CHEATSHEETS, AND SCRIPTS ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY.
