TL;DR Executive Summary at a Glance
Est. Reading Time: 3 minZero Math Logging
Every equation, formula, derivative, and matrix calculation runs inside your browser CPU via WebAssembly. Your computational inputs are never recorded or logged on remote servers.
COPPA & FERPA Safe
Engineered for classrooms and Chromebooks. We require zero user sign-ups, create zero student accounts, and collect zero Student Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Ad-Supported via Google
To maintain 100% free access for students without charging fees or subscriptions, we display advertisements served by Google AdSense using standard advertising cookies and opt-out controls.
Analytics & Clarity Heatmaps
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand feature usage, measure site speed, generate heatmaps, and fix UI bugs. Data is collected in aggregate.
Data Architecture & Client-Side Computation
When you enter an equation into SolveCalcOnline (such as solving quadratic expressions, fractions, statistical regressions, or trigonometric integrals), the computation is tokenized and processed completely inside your device's browser memory using compiled WebAssembly.
Unlike cloud computing portals that transmit user math inputs to remote application servers via continuous API calls, SolveCalc operates like a physical electronic desk calculator. Once downloaded, the mathematical solver executes offline in your local environment.
verified_user Network Privacy Guarantee:
You can inspect your browser's Developer Tools Network panel while performing calculations. You will see that your equation inputs, numerical sequences, and results are never dispatched to our servers for computational storage.

Analytics & User Experience Telemetry
insights 1. Google Analytics (GA4)
We utilize Google Analytics (Measurement ID: G-VCT4XWZB6F) to analyze aggregate site traffic, general visitor demographics, referral channels, page load latencies, and device types. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique users and measure interaction sessions.
- IP Anonymization: IP addresses are automatically truncated and masked by Google Analytics, preventing individual subscriber attribution.
- No Equation Telemetry: Mathematical formulas, student answers, and calculations typed into SolveCalc are never transmitted to Google Analytics events.
- Opt-Out Add-on: You can permanently opt out of Google Analytics data collection across all sites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
2. Microsoft Clarity & Advertising
"We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement."
Microsoft Clarity helps us detect responsive layout glitches, broken mobile buttons, and rage-clicks to continuously refine our user experience. Sensitive text input fields are automatically masked by Clarity's client-side privacy filters.

code Open STEM Algorithm Engine:
Our core mathematical algorithms utilize open STEM numerical standards. You are free to inspect our numerical approximations and unit conversion matrices on our documentation repositories.
Accuracy & Educational Disclaimers
IEEE-754 Precision Notice: SolveCalc utilizes 64-bit double precision floating-point arithmetic with arbitrary-precision fallbacks. As with all numerical software, tiny rounding limits (e.g. 0.1 + 0.2 = 0.30000000000000004) may occur prior to symbolic simplification.
warning Academic & General Purpose Notice:
SolveCalc is intended for academic, homework verification, and general analytical problem-solving. It is NOT certified for life-critical healthcare dosing or mission-critical aerospace navigation without independent engineering validation.
